**IMPORTANT**: THE SERENIS AND SEREN LASH are not liable for any lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or delayed shipments/orders. Customers must open a claim or investigation with EVRI for any of these issues.
None of the shipping options guarantee delivery times. Delays may occur with any delivery service. THE SERENIS AND SEREN LASH are not responsible for any delayed packages.
Orders are dispatched on working days only, Monday to Friday.
**EVRI - Standard Delivery:** 2-3 working days
**Dispatch Time:** 1-2 working days, but we aim to dispatch your order the same day.
The cost for this delivery service is £2.50.
UK SHIPPING ONLY
Tracking numbers are attached to confirmation emails and you can track your orders via EVRI
Once your order has left us we have no control over the time it takes to reach you and we can only see what you can see on the tracking. please contact EVRI direct to get more information on the status of your order.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for incorrectly entered information at checkout. If you enter your address incorrectly and do not contact us to change it before the item is shipped, you will need to wait until the package is returned to our studio before we can refund the goods or arrange for reshipping. Postage and packaging costs for reshipping must be paid by the customer. If your order does not return to us and is lost or damaged due to an incorrect address, we will not be held responsible. Shipping/Postage costs are non-refundable. If your order is refunded, it will only cover the cost of the items in the order.
