Our website offers visitors professional beauty industry products. By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

**Eligibility**

To use our website and services, you must be at least 16 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction, and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. You are not permitted to use this website or receive services if it is prohibited in your country or under any applicable law or regulation.

When purchasing an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before committing to buy it; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you complete the checkout payment process.

Our prices for services and products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and to correct any pricing errors that may occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

The Service and all materials within it, including software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all related Intellectual Property Rights, are the exclusive property of Zhane Hinds, Lashes By Zhane. **Use of Professional Products**

All products sold by Lashes By Zhane/ Zhane Hinds are for professional use only. Purchase and use these products only if you are trained and qualified in eyelash extensions. Lashes By Zhane/Zhane Hinds cannot be held responsible for misuse of any products or liable for any damages caused by misuse.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zhane Hinds, Lashes By Zhane/Seren Lash by from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the website or any of the services/products offered.

**Limitation of Liability**

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zhane Hinds, Lashes by Zhane shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the service.

Zhane Hinds, Lashes by Zhane assumes no liability for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

**Modification of Terms**

Lashes By Zhane reserves the right to modify these terms at our sole discretion. You should review this page periodically. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will notify you. Your continued use of the website or service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or future versions, do not use or access the website or service.

**Promotional Emails and Content**

You agree to receive promotional messages and materials from us from time to time, via mail, email, or any other contact form you provide (including phone calls or text messages). If you do not wish to receive such materials, please notify us at any time.
Returns and refund policy

You are welcome to return any unwanted and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. If you wish to return an item for any reason, please first contact our Customer Services team by emailing theserenis@hotmail.com to discuss the specifics and receive further instructions.

Unwanted returned items can be refunded or exchanged for an alternative item. If an item breaks or no longer works correctly within the warranty period, the 14-day deadline will be extended.

Please note: In the event that you receive a faulty item, you must notify our Customer Services team as soon as possible, but no later than 5 days from receipt of the item.

Returns - Customers must contact the Customer Services team before returning any parcels to discuss all details. Failure to do so may result in the return not being accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Seren Lash will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred from the use of any chosen shipping service.

No refunds or exchanges will be processed until the returned products have been received by our staff. Therefore, customers are advised to use a trackable shipping option for returns.

Refunds - Refunds can be given for any returned item sent back within 14 days of receipt, after it has been inspected by our Customer Services team. Please note that no refunds will be issued for items that arrive damaged or have been used.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned items have been received and checked by our Customer Services team. Processing the refund may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

When an item is returned for a refund, the original shipping fees are not refundable.
We do not accept returns or refunds on clearance items.

Exchanges - If you wish to exchange an item, the regular return policy rules apply. If the exchange item costs less than the original, we will either refund the difference or offer store credit for the difference.

If the exchanged item costs more than the original, Seren Lash reserves the right to request the additional cost from the customer. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Customer Services team.

**Replacements:** In the unusual event that an item breaks or no longer works correctly within the warranty period, please contact our Customer Services team for assistance.

If the item to be replaced is no longer in stock, a reasonable alternative will be offered to the customer.

SHIPPING - **IMPORTANT**

SEREN LASH is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or delayed shipments/orders. Customers must open a claim or investigation with EVRI for any of these issues.

All shipping options are not guaranteed time services. Delays can still occur with any delivery times. SEREN LASH is not responsible for any delayed packages.

**UK POSTAGE**

Orders are dispatched on working days only, Monday to Friday.

**EVRI - Standard Delivery:** 2-3 working days
**Dispatch Time:** 1-2 working days, but we aim to dispatch your order the same day.

**Tracking and Delivery Information**

Tracking numbers are included in the confirmation emails, and you can track your orders via EVRI.

Once your order has left our warehouse, we have no control over the delivery time and can only access the same tracking information that you can. For more details on your order's status, please contact EVRI directly.

**PLEASE NOTE:**

We are not responsible for incorrectly entered information at checkout. If you have entered your address incorrectly and have not contacted us to correct it before the item is shipped, you will need to wait until the package returns to our warehouse before we can refund the goods or arrange to resend them. The customer must pay for re-shipping. If your order does not return to us and is lost or damaged due to an incorrect address, we will not be held responsible.

Shipping/postage costs are non-refundable. If your order is refunded, it will only be for the cost of the items in the order.

UK SHIPPING ONLY
